How does the process work to sell my house?

Complete the property information form or call us at 914-336-9533 or email us at info@acreedmgt.com directly and one of our real estate solutions specialists will contact you shortly (usually within 24 hours). We will need to gather some additional information from you to move forward. Some information might be personal in nature, but we assure you we keep all information confidential and pertinent to helping you achieve the best outcome possible.

After initial information collection, we will then research your property and discuss all the details with you. We may be able to make you an offer for our company to buy your home directly from you right over the phone. We do this often and is usually the process almost always chosen by sellers we work with. We will then schedule one of our team members to come out to your property to take pictures and to verify that all information on our phone calls with you are accurate and complete.

What does ACREED mean? And how do you pronounce it?

ACREED (uh-creed)

What sort of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any condition, in any price range, in any situation! We will buy your house as-is. There is no need for you to pay a realtor commission or put any additional money into the property to make any repairs. Leave that up to us!

What do you mean “any condition, area, price range, or situation”?

Whether your house is in foreclosure, you overextended your home equity line of credit, tenants have trashed the place or you have had any type of damage to your property, or you are just tried of maintaining the property and grounds due to time or cost factors we can look to buy it.

Are we real estate licensed agents or REALTORS™?

While we do work with a select few top real estate agents in any given market, we are real estate investment and solution company. Am I under any obligation to sell my home if I fill out the form or call?

While we might not be the perfect solution for everyone, we will do out best to help you. You are never obligated to sell your home unless you want to. We will simply review all the information, make you a fair offer or terms. You can then choose to accept or reject it, totally your choice!

Is my information kept confidential?

ABSOLUTELY 100%! Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Any information you provide is completely confidential!

If I know of another property your company may want to buy, do you pay a referral fee?

YES! Maybe there is a vacant house on your street, or you know someone who needs and wants to sell their home, please refer them to us! Better yet, provide us their information and we will do all the research and make an offer. If we close on the deal, we can look to pay you up to $1,000 for a referral! What if I am behind on my payments, in foreclosure or bankruptcy? Are you still able help?

YES! We do our best to solve all related real estate problems. When you work with us, we do our best in solving these difficult situations. If not, we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
